How hybrid work is arranged
Roles may involve remote work, on-site attendance or a combination of both. The arrangement depends on responsibilities, collaboration needs and business operations. The work location and any attendance expectations are confirmed with the team member. Hybrid work does not mean that every role can be performed from any location.
Office attendance
We do not set one universal number of office days for every role. In-person work may be arranged for onboarding, training, planning or activities that benefit from working together. Managers communicate attendance requirements in advance whenever practical. Changes to an agreed arrangement are discussed with the team member.
Working hours and US market coverage
Our sales and marketing work supports the US market. Some roles require evening or night hours in Pakistan to overlap with US business hours. Required availability, meeting times and response expectations are agreed for each role. Flexible working arrangements still require reliable coverage during those agreed hours.
Communication and accountability
Team members are expected to keep colleagues informed, attend agreed meetings, meet commitments and raise blockers early. We assess work through its quality, reliability and agreed outcomes. Managers are responsible for making priorities and expectations clear.
Respectful collaboration
We encourage direct, respectful communication and a first-name working culture. Questions, constructive feedback and independent thinking are welcome. Concerns about conduct or working arrangements can be raised with a manager or the founder.
Remote working and information security
Remote work requires a suitable workspace, reliable connectivity and care when handling company, partner and customer information. Team members should use approved accounts and tools, protect access credentials and report suspected security issues promptly. Equipment and connectivity arrangements are confirmed for each role.
Learning and support
Onboarding, feedback and guidance are tailored to the responsibilities of the role. We encourage team members to ask for clarification, develop their skills and suggest improvements to how the work is done. Specific training or benefit arrangements are communicated separately.
Role-specific terms and updates
This page provides a general overview of our workplace approach. Each team member’s offer or agreement sets out their specific working terms. Compensation, leave, equipment and other benefits are confirmed separately. We review this policy as our operations develop and communicate relevant changes to affected team members.
